Getting Started
You can view and manage your Deliveroo Holdings shareholding in Shareview Portfolio.
If this is your first time on Shareview you will need to activate your account. This should take you about 5-10 minutes, although at peak times this may be longer.
If you already have a Shareview Portfolio to manage other shareholdings, you just need to login, select ‘Add an investment’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
What you will need
Apart from entering some personal details you will also need:
- Shareholder Reference Number - This is in the email sent to you on 7 April. If you can't find this, please check your junk or spam folders. If you haven't received it by 16:00 on that date, contact us in the 'Need more help' section below.
- Activation Code - Sent by separate email to you on 7 April. Please wait for this before registering as it will then give you full access straightaway.
How it works
- Go to Shareview Portfolio using the Start Now button below.
- Select Deliveroo Holdings plc for ‘The company you hold shares in’.
- Enter your Shareholder Reference Number, personal details and contact preferences.
- Create a password (consisting of 8-15 characters using upper and lower case letters and at least one number). Also set-up three security questions that we will use to identify you if you have forgotten your details at a later date and to keep your account safe.
- Accepting our Terms and conditions and then enter your Activation Code from the second email we sent you on the next screen. This will complete the activation and give you full access to manage your shareholding online.
To activate your account you will need your Shareholder reference number & activation code that we sent to you in two e-mails on 7th April 2021.

You’ll be able to retrieve this by answering the security questions you set at registration. Please follow the Shareview forgotten login link and follow the instructions provided.
If you do not have a Shareview Portfolio, or your Shareview Portfolio is not activated, then you will not be able to view your quarterly statements online.
There is no charge for having a Shareview Portfolio.
Once logged in to your Shareview Portfolio, you can select ‘add an investment’ from the quick links menu. You’ll need the Shareholder Reference Number for any holdings you’d like to add.
You will receive an Equiniti Corporate Sponsored Nominee opening Statement online by 13th April 2021. We’ll email you to let you know this has been produced.
Going forward, a quarterly statement will appear in your Shareview Portfolio showing the number of shares held for you. We’ll email you to let you know this is available and how to access it.
If your shares are held through the Equiniti Corporate Sponsored Nominee Service, no paper share certificate will be produced, and you will be able to manage your shares online.
